Moylan's Insurance Underwriters, Inc., Home of the Good Guys and Gals, began with the vision of Kurt and Judith Moylan. In 1971, Moylan's Insurance opened its doors with only three employees and wrote property and casualty insurance in Agana.

Today, Moylan's Insurance is a multi-line insurance agency on the islands of Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands, Republic of Palau, Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Federated States of Micronesia.

Moylan’s Insurance Underwriters, Inc. is the managing general agent of First Net Insurance Company (rated B+ Good by AM Best), its wholly owned domestic property and casualty insurance company and Dongbu Insurance Co., Ltd of Seoul, Korea (rated A- Excellent by AM Best and BBB+ by Standard & Poor’s), which it has been representing for nearly thirty six years.

In 1978, the corporation acquired Daihan Insurance Underwriters, Inc., General Agent for Korea Reinsurance Corporation from Seoul, Korea.

In 1985, the corporation purchased the assets and liabilities of a CNMI company, Micronesian Insurance Underwriters (Overseas), a General Agent for the American Home Assurance Company, the New Hampshire Insurance Company and AIG Groups.

In 1983, Moylan's became General Agent for Korea Auto Fire Marine Insurance Company, which was acquired by the Dongbu Group. In 1995, KAFMIC became known as Dongbu Insurance Company, Ltd.

In 1997, Moylan's Insurance was named General Agent for MMI Group, one of Australia's largest general insurers that is affiliated with Allianz AG of Germany, the largest general insurance company in the world.

In 1998, First Net Insurance Company was incorporated as a domestic Property and Casualty company. The company is owned by Moylan’s Insurance Underwriters, Inc.

The company was organized primarily to provide a stable and reliable source of insurance capacity for the domestic market, in the face of the continued exodus of American and alien insurance companies from Guam.

First Net is managed by a team of professionals chosen for their expertise drawn from many years of experience in the insurance and financial fields here and abroad. The company has acquired a fully integrated computer system to run its operations to ensure fast and efficient service in all aspects of the business.

Established in 1998, NetCare Life and Health Insurance Company is the first and only Guam-based domestic life and health insurance company. The company was organized by Kurt S. Moylan and his family, when the opportunity to assume the life business written by Occidental Life Insurance Company arose, following the latter's decision to exit the Guam market. NetCare is owned and administered by Moylan's Insurance Underwriters, Inc.

Today, NetCare is the fastest growing life and health insurance company in the Marianas and Micronesia and a premier provider of various group life, individual life, supplemental health products and managed care benefit plans in a growing market of small and mid-sized employers. We provide fully insured as well as self-funded health plan solutions and life insurance products on Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Republic of Palau, the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Marshall Islands.

Through all our subsidiary corporations in Pohnpei, Yap, Chuuk and Kosrae, Moylan's services a 3,000-mile area that is comparable to the size of the continental United States. With considerable growth over the past two decades, Moylan's has become the recognized name in insurance for the islands in the Pacific.
